Walking Up The Stairs For Exercise

I was motivated by an elderly person to take stairs in going up from ground floor to eight floor in the building where I am currently working for at least three times every morning of the five working days in a week.

For me, it is a good exercise that benefited not only in my physical body but also emotional, psychological and physiological  aspects in my life.

Currently, I started doing this activity and make it as a habit by not being late in the office every morning.

With this, I have to arrive in the building at 8:00 am sharp or around 5 minutes less or before, to start the activity.

Well, as of now, my experienced in climbing the stairs is I felt like I jog, walk & run in a 5k distance.
