Nilagang Bangus (Milkfish) is one of my favorite recipe aside from Sinigang na Bangus (Milkfish). Ingredients: Uniions, Milkfish (Bangus), Tomatoes, Chinese Cabbage, Ginger, Cups of water and Salt & MSG to taste.
How to cook:
Half fry sliced unions, ginger and quartered tomatoes.
Add cups of water to boil for a few minutes.
Add the bangus (milkfish). Simmer for around 10 minutes.
Add salt and MSG (optional) to taste
Add the chinese cabbage and simmer for around 5 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy your meal.
It’s fun learning new recipes “Nilagang Bangus (Milkfish)”. The “Sinigang na Bangus” is it taste sour which is one of the difference from “Nilagang Bangus”. I enjoyed eating the meal with my parents, indeed.
