With exemplary passion for employees’ welfare through wellness-oriented programs, six companies rose to the top and became part of this year’s Healthway Medical’s Wellness Company of the Year Circle of Excellence announced recently at the Marriot Hotel.
The companies who made it to the Circle of Excellence (finalists) are 3M Global Service Center, Genpact Services LCC, HSBC Global Service Centre Philippines, Johnson and Johnson Philippines, Mondelez Philippines and Teletech.
“These companies can already be considered winners because of their effective wellness programs and their health-related initiatives for their company so that their employees are healthy and productive,” said Carmie De Leon, VP for Sales and Marketing of Healthway Medical.
The Asia CEO Awards pays tribute to world class Filipino talents and companies by recognizing exemplary contributions, inspiring exceptional performances and innovations that drive bigger investments for stronger business today and in the next generations.
Healthway Medical amplifies their message of wellness in the workplace and reinforces their thought leadership in the preventive health category through the Asia CEO Wellness Company of the Year award. And for the Wellness Company of the Year Award, Heatlhway Medical recognizes the company with strategic and creative programs for employee’s well-being.

The Asia CEO Wellness Company of the Year award presented by Healthway Medical is open to any Philippines-based organization that achieved important success in workplace health promotion activities or organizational policy designed to support healthy behavior in the workplace and to improve the health outcomes of employees. The accomplishments must demonstrate Filipino (or mixed Filipino/expatriate) management talent performing at the highest standards and be recognized as internationally significant.
The winners of the past years have been working and collaborating with Healthway Medical when it comes to promoting workplace wellness. It is also worth noting that 3M Global Service Center, Genpact Services LCC, HSBC Global Service Centre Philippines, Johnson and Johnson Philippines, Mondelez Philippines and Teletech have also explored and partnered in one way or another with Healthway Medical.
The winner of the Asia CEO Wellness Award presented by Healthway Medical will be announced on October 15, 2019 at the Marriott Hotel.
